Meet the Founder
Natalie Randolph
Natalie Randolph is an accomplished operations executive, entrepreneur, and strategic leader with a passion for helping businesses grow through strong operational foundations and intentional leadership. Originally from Peru, Indiana, she relocated to the Indianapolis area in 2007, where she has built both her career and her business.
Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2015, becoming the first woman in her family to obtain a college degree. She is a Certified Director of Operations (DOO), a Certified Online Business Manager (OBM), and a PACE-certified professional, bringing a well-rounded, highly credentialed approach to her work. In addition to her professional endeavors, she serves on three nonprofit boards, contributing her expertise to mission-driven organizations.
She began her career in the healthcare industry, where she spent more than seven years advancing into management and overseeing operations. This experience laid the foundation for her strengths in leadership, process improvement, and team development. Natalie later founded and successfully operated her own business, serving over 20 highly satisfied clients, including organizations within the NFL and government sectors.
Known for her ability to seamlessly bridge big-picture strategy with detailed execution, Natalie thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. Through her work, Natalie is driven by a twofold mission: to help small business owners succeed and scale with strong operational leadership, and to empower women by providing the tools, training, and opportunities needed to become exceptional implementers and leaders in their own businesses.
Outside of her professional life, Natalie enjoys staying active, spending time with her husband and two daughters, and—whenever possible— being somewhere with sand between her toes.
